FEES & INSURANCE

I do my best to make my services available to as many people as possible. Unfortunately, some people may still be unable to afford my services. If you find yourself in this situation, please send me an email and I will respond with some free or low-cost alternatives within our county.

If you have a PPO health insurance policy with out-of-network benefits, it may reimburse you for my services see the "Insurance" section below. 

 

The following fees are my rates for the following services:

Initial Assessment - $125.00 

60 Min. Counseling Session - $75.00 

Additional Services & Rates

Assessment or Evaluations 

For third parties including: courts, government agencies, or employers - $400.00

Concierge Counseling

Counseling that require me to travel to you -$300.00 per hour, minimum 2 hours + travel time

Point-of-Care Drug Test - $30.00

 

Insurance

 

If you have health insurance that is a PPO policy with out-of-network benefits your insurance may reimburse you for my services. All clients pay their session fee on the day of their appointment regardless of insurance coverage. If you have a PPO plan with out-of-network benefits I can provide you with a superbill and you can submit a claim to your insurance company. Any reimbursement payments from the insurance company will be paid directly to you. Even though you may have out-of-network substance abuse benefits and my services are authorized I cannot guarantee you will be reimbursed by your insurance company.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

 

You must provide a minimum a minimum of 48-hours notice in advance of scheduled services to change or cancel the appointment at no charge. Late cancellations or reschedules and missed appointments are billed at the same rate as the actual service. As a courtesy, I do provide one late cancellation, late reschedule, or missed appointment to existing clients at no charge.
